Clamp mounted mixer. Takes a 19 mm shaft. Has on / off switch. In good working condition. Last used in a food facility. 

Mateer/Hauser Auger Powder Filler with Screw Auger Feeder

Mateer auger powder filler with screw auger feeder. The filler has a hopper with agitation and a lever sensor to start and stop the feeder. It has 1" tooling (comes with a spare 1" screw). It can operate automatically or with a foot switch. The stainless steel screw auger feeder (model Screw Feeder, serial IP-D007) is 6" diameter auger that has a discharge height of 76". The hopper is 30" x 30" x 13" deep and sits 31.5" from the floor. The grate in the hopper is welded in and does not come out. There is a 2" diameter clean out  It has a 575 volt, 2 hp motor. The electrical box works but it's missing the cover. Both the feeder and filler are on casters.  

Damark Semi Automatic Bundler & Tunnel

Damark semi-automatic sleeve wrapper with Damark S24 shrink tunnel.  

An operator is required to push the product through the film and activate the sealing system. 

Top speed of 8 per minute.

Robopac Inline Automatic Shrink Bundler

Last running 12 and 24 packs of 0.5 litre PET bottles and 12 packs of 1 litre PET bottles. It's capable of running pad + film, or film only. It has nested pack capability. Can also run print registered film. It's good for users who have multiple change overs during a shift.  

Swiftpack Electronic Tablet / Capsule Counter

Electronic channel counter. Dual tray 16 vibratory feeding tracks. Complete with product hopper, syntron vibrators, vacuum pick-off, discharge funnel, also comes with bottle indexing. There is no conveyor with the unit. Last used in a herbal products company. 

Single Wall Tank

Stainless steel tank with Wrap-It-Heat (type SRX-30) heating band. The tank is 17.5" diameter x 24.75" deep (approximately 27 gallons, (100 litres)). It has a side bottom 2" outside diameter sani clamp connection outlet that's 13.5" from the floor. It has mild steel painted legs. Comes with a lid but it's a little large for the tank. In good condition. Last used in a food facility. 

Hauser Single Piston Filler

Air operated single head piston filler on a stand. The hopper is 22" diameter x 17" deep. It has a 1 litre piston. The nozzle is 3/8" diameter and comes with a 2nd nozzle (and parts) that's 3/4" diameter. It sits on a height adjustable stand on casters. In good working condition. Last used in a food facility. 

Vankel Dissolution Unit

This unit comes with 8 total glasses. 2 have small chips on the lip but the sides are fine. It comes with an extra set of stirrers. In good working condition. Last used in a pharmaceutical facility. 

Hauser Volumetric Cup Filler

4 pocket volumetric cup filler with current cups size of 3.5" diameter x 6" deep. The turret can be adjusted up or down to fill from approximately 330 ml to 850 ml. The stainless steel product hopper has a capacity of approximately 20 litres. The machine can be activated by foot switch or get a signal from another machine to run automatically. There is no foot switch included, but the cable to attach one is. Variable speed controls. In good working condition. Last used in a food facility.

Fortress Metal detector with Reject

All stainless steel metal detector with washdown motor. The aperture is 14" wide x 5" tall to the belt (6 1/8" tall overall. The conveyor belt is 12" wide x 72" long. It has a new screen, reject system and air lines. Currently the belt is 36" from the floor, with height adjustable legs. Set up to run 2.0 ferrous, 2.5 non ferrous and 4.0 stainless. In good working condition. The reject box has a belt in the side. Last used in a food facility. 

Robot Coup Vertical Cutter Mixer

All stainless steel. The hopper is 14" diameter x 11.5" deep. It has a 2 blade assembly inside, the top blade is 2" up from the bottom of the bowl. It has a manual tilt for emptying. It has a digital readout with stainless steel buttons. In good condition. The scraper assembly has been mangled and needs replaced ($4000.00 approximate cost). Last used in a food facility. 

Damark Semi Automatic L-Bar Sealer and Tunnel Combo

Semi automatic l-bar sealer with 14" wide x 18" long seal area. With an electromagnetic seal jaw hold down and film perforator roller for vent holes. The tunnel is 16" wide x 9" tall with new curtains. It has a new Teflon mesh belt conveyor. In very good condition. Last used in a bakery. 

Speedway 12 Head Inline Over Flow Filler

12 head in line overflow filler with sanitary centrifugal pump. The pump draws from the built in tank with level control and sends the product to the nozzles. The fill nozzles are 5/8" diameter. There is a drip tray for the nozzles. Overflow goes directly back into the holding tank. Needs a conveyor. Some air lines could be replaced because they are getting brittle. In good working condition. Last used filling cleaning products.
 

Slautterback Hot Melt Glue Unit

Slautterback hot melt glue unit with 1 gun (model E904) with photo eye. Unit is mounted on a cart. KB20 Melt unit supplies hot melt adhesive for a wide range of manual and automatic packaging and product assembly operations. The Slautterback model KB20 holds up to 20 pounds (9 Kilograms) of hotmelt in pillow, pellet, slab or bulk form.
